International Rabbinical Assembly 2009 in Jerusalem, Israel
The International Rabbinical Assembly took place in Jerusalem, Israel in the second week of February. Many rabbis were in attendance from North America as well as the rest of the Masorti World. Masorti Olami and MERCAZ Olami had two very important responsibilities for some of the programming during the week. Rabbi Tzvi Graetz presented an Educational CD on Judaism and the Environment to the entire group in attendance, distributing courtesy copies. On the Wednesday night program, Masorti Olami presented a power point presentation on Aliyah, for the Israel and Aliyah evening.
